Yes, you can reschedule weekly classes at no charge up to 6 hours prior to the class. Access your confirmation email from the initial booking and click reschedule.
Please be advised that cancellations within 12 hours of weekly classes and within 24 hours for Sunday classes will attract a cancellations fee.
RAVE: Please wear comfortable active wear and supportive shoes. Bring water, a towel and a smile!
For Strong Nation, bring a towel, yoga matt, water, and wear comfortable active wear and shoes with adequate grip.
You have total control over the intensity and effort required for my classes. I offer both high and low impact options and any move or exercise can be modified to suit beginners or advanced participants.
It is a misconception that RAVE requires you to be a good dancer. The class is not about being perfect. It is about moving your body, enjoying the music, and having fun while exercising.
My venues provide a great atmosphere where the lights are dimmed. This will make you feel less exposed, especially if new, and more comfortable in being yourself regardless of your dancing or co-ordination ability. The atmosphere is supportive, encouraging, and non-judgemental.
It is always recommended that your consult a medical practitioner before beginning any exercise program or class. Please check in with me prior to class if you have concerns I should be aware of, and I will advise you on how to adapt the moves according to your injury or condition.
Online Zoom classes are perfect for those who do not live locally, have young children, or find it more convenient to exercise in the comfort of their own home. The class is accessed via the click of a link and does not require advanced technology knowledge. Strong WI-FI is essential for good quality connection and each participant has the option to choose to turn their camera off for privacy.
