This is a private consultation with me to discuss the following:
1. Medical history, injuries and limitations that may impact your training. We will work together to modify any exercise and ensure we are working with in any restrictions you may have.
2. Goals for your training, nutrition, and lifestyle. I will assist you in setting specific short and long term goals that we will re-evaluate and re-set every 6 weeks. Setting goals is a great way to keep yourself accountable and motivated, ensure progression, and help you feel a sense of achievement and accomplishment.
3. Nutrition – We can discuss struggles, barriers, and questions you may have regarding flexible nutrition, tracking in MyFitnessPal, or any other method and actions we may have implemented. Calories and macros will be reassessed and adjusted in this session according to your goals and targets.
4. Barriers – Although we have good intentions, most clients will experience barriers that may hinder their adherence to consistent training and nutrition. We set aside time in this consultation to discuss the barriers you feel you face that have previously or are likely to hinder your progress. I will assist you by offering solutions and support, and email or message additional sources and information where necessary.
5. Training – We evaluate your previous 6 week training block and discuss adherence, struggles or injuries and technique concerns. We set intentions and goals for the next 6 week training block with both cardio and resistance training.
Initially you will complete electronic documents covering medical history, limitations, and focus/goals for training and nutrition, so I am able to create a program to tailor your needs.
You will have my ongoing support to ask any questions or advice regarding your training and nutrition via your Kel’s Crew Fitness app.
You will also receive a check in and accountability message from me every week which gives you the opportunity to discuss any concerns that may have arisen regarding training, nutrition, and mindset.
I work with your commitments to ascertain where exercise best fits into your week. We discuss specific days and times to help keep you accountable. Your schedule is entered into the Kel’s Crew Fitness app for organisation, complete with daily reminders.
Your training programs will be accessible via the Kel’s Crew Fitness app complete with technique videos of each exercise and written instruction cues. You can schedule cardio, classes, PTs and resistance sessions into your week via the app and keep track of your weight and rep progress for each exercise within your weight’s session over the 6 week block. Each program is individually tailored to you and can be designed for gym or home-based training. I work with your limitations or injuries and modify and adjust accordingly.
